Cognizant — not received my offer

I have attended re associate program on 9th march 2019 at mepz chennai after all the rounds and they have informed that i will get my offer in a week but i have received only the mail to upload the photo and fill the candidate sheet on 18th march after that they i get some mails for live interview but later they will say to ignore it happend more than 3 tomes.
I tried contacting them and mail them there is no response till date.
