Cognizant — Offer Letter denied with out a reason

Hi Team,
Good evening.
My Name is Indrakanth and I was approached for the Skill SAP Native HANA and I attended the interview on 18th June .
On 22nd June I was Informed that I had cleared the Interview.

When asked for the expected salary, I requested 24 LPA (negotiable) and the HR I spoke to finalized it to 23 LPA on 26th June.
after weeks of waiting and several un replied mails and calls. I have requested them to let me know the proposed package.
Today I received an email that my candidature was rejected.
Could you please let me know the reason for rejection ? and proposed compensation from the Cognizant for this role ?
Please let me know if you have any questions and could you please help me understand the reason for rejection ?
