Cognizant — Offer letter not received and no response from HR team

My Name is Pranav Chalse.
I had my technical interview with Cognizant on 16th March l. Post that HR called me on 17th march for my HR round. I had a positive discussion with her regarding Package and joining date and I was told that I would receive the offer letter in evening.
It’s been more than 2 months now but I haven’t received any updates from the HR.
I dropped a mail to her and even called her twice but no response.
I expect at least some communication from the company side. Request you to please look into this.
