Cognizant — offer letter not received it has been more than one month

I have cleared all the interview process on 10th november in kandanchavdi chennai office for talend/etl developer role. All the process has been completed and i was assured to get the offer letter by 1-2 weeks.. So far it has been more than 1 month no sign of any news. No response from hr side. Can you please suggest who should i contact.
