Cognizant — offer letter not received yet after clearing the interview process..

Hi,

I attended an interview at cts hyderabad on 22 june2019 and cleared all the rounds. At the end hr informed me that i will receive my offer letter in a week but i haven't received yet. Meanwhile i received an email from cts talent acquisition to upload my photo in one of their portal. After that, i haven't received any updates.
