Cognizant — offer letter not sent

I had attentded interview on 20th jan at bagmane tech park, bangalore. I am a.net developer and cleared all rounds including client rounds. Hr told that i got selected and offer letter will be released soon but till now no response. I got auto generated mail from cognizant that my profile is on hold.

I tried contacting hr team but did not get response so far.

Please check once and let me know the status since it is more than 1 month from the date of interview happened.

I did not received any response. Already one and half month is over. Cognizant POC was Edna.
Now I am geyting mail for CTS openings. Are they really tracking the candidate status.
Please check and let me know the status else we will not have any false expectations.
