Cognizant — Onboarding pass and virtual joining link not received yet,post multiple follow ups.

Onboarding pass and virtual joining link not received yet, post multiple follow ups.
Tomorrow is my joining, 14th May, 2021.
BGV shows completed at my end on One Cognizant portal/app, but bgv team says its incomplete.
Kindly help.
