[Resolved]  Cognizant — Onboarding process issue

I have logged in to the 1c portal and accepted the letter. The next step which is pre-joining formalities, i am not able to visit that page. will i be get another mail from Hr or the offer will be considered as void?...please confirm as soon as possible

I got another mail from the cognizant as" action required". Then I was able to do the pre- joining formalities.
