Cognizant — Regarding my date of joining | |||
Hi Iam unlable to select the radio-button of the offer status form in pre-joining formalities.Due to this technical issue I can't accept my date of joining . I have tried to accept the offer by using different browsers till 18th of August, as my joining was on 19th August. I have also mailed to " [protected]@cognizant.com " and described the whole issue by using screenshots. But haven't received any emails yet. Here I am again disclosing the screenshots of sent mails (to [protected]@cognizant.com) regarding the problem .It has been 5 months from my DOJ and C2c is not responding for my DOJ. And now I'm unable to login into the one cognizant external portal as well. Sharing all screenshots regarding the same.And try to resolve the issue as soon as possible. I haven't tried for any another company and still waiting for your response but, I haven't received any emails and any other response yet and hoping for issue to be resolved. It is showing that my account has been removed from #cognizant external portal. Please try to resolve it.
