Cognizant Technology Solutions — cognizant - interview status as "select" from cognizant talent acquisition (tag) team - still not received offer letter

Was interviewed on 12th jan 2019 at baghmane tech park (Bangalore) for ui developer (Siebel crm validaion testing) role in cognizant.
I cleared all the rounds and including hr round. They made me fill a form with all my details on the same day.
Hr told me that with in 1 week i can expect the salary break up and once i accept it i will get the offer letter with in 2 weeks.
Its been 2 weeks now and i have not received any reply from them.

I have got auto status email says "cognizant interview status - select"

Kindly let me know sir what is the status of my offer letter.
