Cognizant Technology Solutions — haven't received offer letter.

Hi,

I was interviewed on 21st april, my all rounds were cleared both technical and hr, at the time of hr round she took all my details.. When at the end i asked her till when will i get my offer letter she replied it will take 10 to 12 days... On 23rd april i got mail from one of the hr stating "please share the below mention list for further process.". I have replied on the mail same day but since then no response from there side. 1 month past neither i got my offer letter nor i received any update from them.
Kindly help me & let me know what is the status.
