I have a salary account (Zero balance) and i operate this account for the convenience of having zero balance. When depositing money in my account through hdfc's bank (Not my home branch) , they charge for depositing money. Why should we pay extra for depositing money in our own account in very hdfc bank? This is meaningless and will obviously question why hdfc? I am operating few other private & nationalized bank accounts as well but this hdfc has act of deducting charges without prior intimation isn't good for any account holder.

Also the description is understandable for bank officials and not by normal account holder.

No intimation through mails also, message also.
