Cognizant Technology Solutions — medical insurance top-up reimbursement on prorata based

Dear sir,

I have taken top-up for my family members in the month of november, 2017. However, i was resigned from services on 15th of december, 2017.in this mean time i have taken top-up policy for my parents where i have paid around 17-18k as a premium. As per my assumption once i relieved from company, the top-up premium has to be reversal to the respective employee as per prorata basis.

And also confirming that i does not have any claims filed in this policy duration.

Kindly provide the valid reasons for why the top-up premium amounts were not disbursed to my account.

Please check - if i am not satisfied with your reason, i will try to file a complaint against irda for further help.
