Cognizant Technology Solutions — Not able to login OneCognizantExternal portal because of authenticator app

Hi,

I am not able to login into always cognizant portal because for multifactor authentication I have uaed authentication app, and I don't know how but authentication app got uninstalled and now I am not able to get those security code and because of this I am not able to login.Please help me in it
