Cognizant Technology Solutions — Not given Joining as Programmer Analyst Trainee

I was given joining date on Feb 29, 2020 as Programmer Analyst Trainee on Bangalore Location but I was told that there is no joining on that date. I was told that I would be given a future joining date. But I have not received any since now.
