Cognizant Technology Solutions — Not receiving offer letter and Joining date

I completed my interview for Non voice process ( Apple Mapping) on march 22, 2022, After three days I got selection mail, And I sent all the relevant documents to HR, But still now No update from their side, I am waiting for offer letter and Joining date, please solve my issue
