Cognizant Technology Solutions — offer letter didn't release

Hello guys,
I have attended to cts interview on 16nth february 2019 for sharepoint profile in hyderabad. I have cleared all the rounds and even package discussion was over. Hr said that offer letter will be released in a week or so. But didn't get any response after that. As i dont have the hr contact number, i'm not able to contact them about it. Can you please look into the status of my offer letter

I had attended the cognizant interview at NIET college, Gr. Noida on 10 Feb 2019. I cleared all the rounds and also had hr round where they said I will receive my offer letter in 2 weeks.
I am not given any contact details of any person whom I can contact.
If cognizant does not want to hire people then why do they conduct...
