Cognizant Technology Solutions — Offer letter not received after getting selected in walk in drive and no communication from hr

I attended a walk-in drive in Hyderabad on 7th February for the ServiceNow Developer role. During the interview process, the HR team informed me that I was selected for the position.

On 10th February, I received the CDF-1 (Candidate Declaration Form-1) and submitted it as requested. After two days, I also received another email from HR requesting additional documents such as payslips, Form-16, CIS form, and other required documents. I promptly submitted all the requested documents within the given time.

However, since submitting the documents, I have not received any further communication regarding the offer letter or the next steps in the recruitment process. I have been following up with HR through emails and phone calls for the past two weeks, but unfortunately, I have not received any response.
