Cognizant Technology Solutions — Offer Letter not received-no update from HR

My Name is Janani K. I have attended my Technical Inteview round on Dec 04 and HR Discussion/Document submission on Dec 07. However, i didnt receive any update from them. I tried reaching HR over email and phone but no response.
