Cognizant Technology Solutions — offer not released after interview

I am mahesh karnati. I have given an online interview for tera data dba role. After all rounds of technical interview, i was asked to fill the cis form. Then later followed by hr round on 23rd jan 2020. I have been told that offer letter will be released. Since then they not responding to email or to call. I would be grateful, if you can let me know the exact status of my job application.
