Hi! I am an ex employee of Cognizant and applied for my PF 6 months back. I have tried to contact them several times and mailed to all possible PF/HR. Yesterday after 6 months they replied that my signature is missing and they have added new form which wasn't there with the previous attachment sent while leaving company. Now I need to start the process over again. Form 19 for EPF Form 10C for EPS Form 15G (2 original copies duly signed) Last mail they clearly told 15G is not required. I am totally clueless and need my PF amount soon as possible. Cognizant is a service based company ? I have worked there for 4 years and it was not worth the effort.
