Cognizant Technology Solutions — Too much delay in joining , and not getting boarding pass

I received an offer latter from cognizant on 23/08/2021, after that they took around 40 days to finilize my joining date at 5/10/2021 . I have completed my all pre joining formalities given on there global onboarding portal but still can't get my onboarding pass to join the company, and neither got any emails about what to do for further processes .
