My self is rishi kant rai. I am ex. Employee of cognizant. My employee i'd was 455105 and uan no is[protected].

I have update my kyc under uan before a month ago but still not approved from your side.

Please approved my kyc and also update exit date under uan so i will withdraw my pf.

I have email thrice to cognizant office but they deny and stating that please note that we have not got any confirmation from the pf office, to do online closure procedure.

Please approve my kyc and update exit date asap.
