Dear Sir, i had bought a instant Dosa flour at my home near shope at coimbatore (Ondipudur). But when i open the pack at home i was shocked to find a dead lizard inside the dosa flour. Due to the negligence and carelessness of the dosa flour manufacturers. It may lead to food poisoning for many lives. Please take necessary action. FSSAI complaint concern with Ref.
