6th December I maked 19000inr to coin dcx wallet. Amount debited from my bank account but not reflect to coin dcx wallet. So many times I send lots of mail.But totally Time waste only. Still now I didn't receive any refund amount. Transaction is upi payment gate way

Horrible customer support, there’s no one who can assist you directly, you definitely shouldn’t be wasting your time on any of this app.I funded my account with them and after purchasing bitcoin worth $5700 they put my account on hold. Don’t use this, there’s no help, from their customer support. I got back my money, with assistance from a better company they got all my money back. It’s also wise to trade with Mrs Doris
