I tried to withdraw some of my money, but it was useless. After filing complaints with no response, which made me check for (w w w .Glowbancircuit . tech ) and i was able to watch several testimonies and reviews which led me to the retrieval of my funds back. Beware of where you invest your funds.

I have been facing this login problem after app update. When I try login my account, during 2FA otp is been asked on both mobile phone and email ID. OTP on email ID is not getting received after many attempts Customer care people are also not taking this seriously.

After sending them screen recording also which they have asked me to send for cross verification, they are not able to help me login my account.

I had transferred INR 25000 on 12th May, 2022 to CoinDCX account using bank transfer. The money was instantly deducted from my bank account and credited to the beneficiary account. It’s been more than 24 hours and I still do not see the amount reflecting in my CoinDCX account wallet. There is no customer support and only automated bot interactions on the app. I raised a ticket and was promised a call back within 6 hours by the machine. A day has passed and I have not received any response or update on my complaint. Refund my money immediately or face dire consequences.

I Transferred INR.9800 to my coin dcx wallet (Neblio technologies private limited)on May 11th 2022, the amount was deducted from my bank account however it’ was not added to coin dcx wallet. It’s been 1 day now, the money is still not reflecting in coin dcx wallet nor it has been refunded back to my bank account.

I have a portfolio on coin dcx this ridiculous app doesn't have system to change the mail id also it asks for OTP on email to login to the app which is not possible for me as the phone is been formatted and I am unable to login to the email id now i have my money invested these guyz will have to change my email id or else I take this to the higher authorities the email id and need to keep is [protected]@gmail.com and my contact no is [protected] if this is not resolved on priority i loose my money n if that happens I am gonna screw this company

I withdraw my money amount-17809 12 January 2022 but amount not credit in my account.i help for coustomer support coindcx.i escalate my issue 7 times I send my bank statement agents call me send bank statement refund your amount but day by day delay for response and after few days he msg on mail your amount successfully sent provide reference no[protected].i visit in my bank brach share this reffrence no he track payment bank says there no amount credit in your account. After that I contact on Coindcx I told the conversation with the bank.Then he said, talk to your bank itself, no one is replying from the company's side.

I have withdrawn my ETH token from Mudrex to coindcx, but it doesn't support BSC scan network, but i have generat th address from Coindcx, so why it does not reflect, i want to take strict action on both coindcx and mudrex

It has been four days since i applied for KYC verification everytime, i just get a mail regarding it eill be done in 24hrs, but nothing seems to work.

Don't use CoinDCX
I am trading with CoinDCX, I make profit in most of my trades but when I sell my crypto they don't let me take the profit, they give the same crypto of the amount equivalent to profit and balance of that crypto shows zero .such a fraudulent app.

CoinDCX is a fraud. Do not invest your money. The money I debited into coin dcx is not reflecting in coinDCX but got deducted from my account. I tried contacting them but they keep on stalling the matter by giving me misleading information

6th December I maked 19000inr to coin dcx wallet. Amount debited from my bank account but not reflect to coin dcx wallet. So many times I send lots of mail.But totally Time waste only. Still now I didn't receive any refund amount. Transaction is upi payment gate way...

Deposited amount 30000 rejected but not received in my account on 7 th i deposited this amount but still know not received u people are not help inspite of so many complaint I sent mails ur are wasting the time

I am keep on submitting my E-PAN for KYC Verification and COINDcx Is keep on rejecting my KYC stating that we do not accept photocopy of PAN Card.
Are these people dumb or illiterate?

Please take action against these people who is rejecting my E-PAN Card and stating that we do not accept Photocopy of it.

I opened an account on COINDCX and deposited INR50000 in it on 3rd November. (Screenshot 1)
And I bought various Crypto. (Screenshot 2 shows my buying and selling)

I sold 0.85 AVAX and expected roughly INR5000 from it.
That money is never credited to my account. I have been raising tickets and replying to their lies (they say that the money is credited to my account when actually it isn't)
Now I remain with roughly INR45000 invested
Not giving me my money amounts to stealing
Also lying about it amounts to cheating
It is now 7 complete days since the crime has taken place and there is no response except that they are looking into it. Therefore I am raising this complaint

This is my regular 15th complaint to you for not receiving otp on my registered email account with you even i have email ld you may times but not any response from your side and also not receiving any email regarding my account from your side.

Case id: 459508, several emails and reminders sent through twitter to their team and even CEO (who is very active on Twitter) but no action taken. They just saying we will return the koney soon. Amount transferred was 19, 000 to their bank account via NEFT. Screenshot attached.

I lost my 2FA code due to reset phone software and after this I can't login my account I have create a ticket regarding this issue but coinDcx team not solved my problem last three days.

I started a transaction for 10000 in my coindcx account on 10th May 2021 and unknowingly made the payment to the coindcx account from my wife's bank account. I was not sure I had to make payment from my bank only. The transaction got rejected and the money is still not returned to mine or to my Wife's Bank or Coindcx account. Please do the needful to give me back my money.
