Coindcx — Money debited from my account but transaction rejected by coindcx

Hello
Today 6 January I have deposited 40067.28 rupees through mobikwik upi .The money got deducted from my account but coindcx declined rejected the transaction. And I haven't got refund yet.
Please help.
