This response is not expected on 11th day of my repeated complain via support services of your coindcx app;
Following are my concern:
1. Why it is delaying,
2. Is this reply from your team on 11th day of my complain is expected???? That your team have forwarded this complain to concerned department and your team have not received any responses from that team.
3. Multiple ticket raised but still not solution, Why?
4. Sumit sir, i trusted an Indian exchange and today i am regretting on my decision.
5. Sumit sir, are you aware about my problem that i can't see my Portfolio dashboard, Neither i see my individual token status in terms of total invested, current valuation, % of profit / loss.
6. Sumit sir, please i don't want you to buzz on your personal twitter or linkedin, Please sir, kindly get my complaint solved.
7. Sir I am mailing you since past 4-5 days daily, but no reply from you end sir. Bit disappointing. Today it's 11th day.
