I had used CoinSwitch’s newly launched service — their Web3 wallet — where I bought 4 different coins. I invested ₹100 in one and ₹200 in another. The coin I bought for ₹200 increased in value to ₹2000. When I tried to sell it, their website wasn’t allowing the sell option due to a server issue. Because of that, I couldn’t sell in time, and now the value of that coin has dropped to ₹30. I also contacted their support team, but they said nothing can be done at the moment.
