I bought corfoam mattresses in the month of august 2014.
It is in a very poor shape. Foam has expanded and has got very soft. At the time of purchase dealer told me that guarantee would be of 5 years and it will be replaced in case of any quality problem.
I have lodged a complaint on 9th june 2017. After that mr. Romesh called me up to understand regarding the problem and told me that you will have to pay 50% of depreciation value.

I immediately refer to the invoice and it was no where written. They showed me the warranty card which was not signed or stamped by the company.in warranty card their was a depreciation chart. But this information was not given at the time of buying and warranty card is also not signed and stamped.

There is no proper communication from the company and they are asking for the 50 % depreciation which was never been clarified at the time of buying.

I want replacement of the mattresses.
