Problem facing in matrices

• back pain problem to all family members,
• my mother suffering from sciatica...

I bought corfoam mattresses in the month of august 2014.
It is in a very poor shape. Foam has expanded and has got very soft. At the time of purchase dealer told me that guarantee would be of 5 years and it will be replaced in case of any quality problem.
I have lodged a complaint on 9th june 2017. After that mr. Romesh called me up to understand regarding the problem and told me that you will have to pay 50% of depreciation...
