I am writing this to inform you that I'm facing a burning sensation in my mouth only after using the Colgate visible white toothpaste.
I bought this product from the Sahara Mall in Lucknow. I am attaching the picture for your reference. Please look into it and do the needful.
I am not even sure about the authenticity of the product.

    I have been using coalgate max fresh gel toothpaste - the blue one from almoste 10+ years.
    This time I ordered 1 from Big Basket and it smelled and tasted disgusting like something has gone bad in it. I could not retrun it as I already opened the pack.
    I threw it away and bought another one from near by medical store - but the same thing happened It has that same ugly smeel and taste of a dead insect.
    I have lost my money and could not return the item nor use it.
    What is the issue? Also why should I lose my money?

      I bought a Colgate dental floss and it’s horrible. Mind u I have been using this product for years so without thinking I pushed it between my teeth and the floss got stuck and I am in excruciating pain since yesterday. So horrible it’s not at all waxed . I never liked any other brand like thermoses etc but now thermoseal also seems so much better. The tooth pain is so severe because it had to be pulled out . I hope the filling is intact.So so disappointing

        I am having a supermarket namely, habeebstores in parangippetta, cudalore dist, tamilnadu, pin-608502.Unfortunately i am forced to closedown my business due to heavy loss. I just wanted to return colgate toothpaste stock worth around 20, ooo. But the agent appu agency refused to accept the stock saying, there is no return policy in the company. If it is so, why the hell the agents have not informed us in the beginning, and nothing is mentioned in their invoice as well. The co is minting thousands of crores from the retailers and they dont want to share a small burden from us . This is ridiculous. And the line managers are so rude and arrogant, and informing me to through in the sea or burn it. It is not their father property. This kind of staffs are tarnishing the image and your reputation. I just want my proble to sort out by co seniors.

            Brush on button does not stay on.

            I use COLGATE-VEDSHAKTI toothpaste from few days onwards., it causing mouth irritation for 1hour above. What ingredients will use in this product. It have more alkaline contents, will childrens or old age people's use those paste, the got high amount of mouth irritaion more than a hours. please re-check the products for people's future use.

              I ordered a colgate gentle enamel toothbrush a pack of 4 brushes of rs 240 in which a brush named 'Coigate' (a duplicate product ) has been delivered to me. This kind of fraud you cant expect from that big company. They are highly priced products and fame of the company is also high..such activities are not expected by these brands. I cant return them back as they are not returnable products.

                  Toothpaste loosing its Gel structure and flowing freely as liquid - couldnt load it on tooth brush. Also since its for child so was very concerned about its safety. No instructions about its storage and best temperature to be stored @.

                      I brought a new colgate brush on 15.05.2022 evening. When next day morning while i am using my newly brought brush. While brushing my teeths bristles in that brush broken and many got struck inbetween tooth gaps and even some poked in my tongue. Even after two hours of after brush i can still feel the poking sensation in my tongue.                         I made a recent purchase on colgate max fresh mouthwash (fresh tea) in flipkart. This is first time in my life I am seeing a product which is not having the following details

                        1)Mfr date
                        2)Expiry date
                        3)MRP
                        4)Batch No
                        5)Best before use

                        How come I will get to know that this product is good for usage.
                        Expiry date is a basic thing that all would look for in a product before using it.

                        Who is going to assure me on the quality of this product.

                        I even directly mailed to [protected]@colpal.com, and they are asking to return the product for which they will arrange an alternate one.

                        My question is how things went wrong with this product and what will happen if any of our consumers consume it, after this they stopped responding me.

                                  I had bought a Colgate maxfresh toothpaste from local shop . The outer box was sealed but when I opened the box i could see the inner tube was looking used and the paste was very watery and for my surprise the tube was with tight pressure inside. The pressure shows no one can do it by hand, that must have been done using the machine in the industry itself. But the person from customer care who examined it told that it was done by me . So rubbish. I am not sad for my loss of money, but i am angry because i was told that i have made it. Plz look into the issue
