Despite your clinic’s reputed name in the field of dentistry, my experience has left me in excruciating pain and emotional distress.

In 2019 and 2020, I got two implants done at Partha Dental, Madinaguda and they had given 10 years warranty for each implant. During October 2024, one of the implants got loosened.When I approached Partha Dental, the loosened implant was removed by the doctor, and I was asked to come after two months, ie., after the jaw bone is grown and suitable for drilling. They did not mention about charges and I was under the impression that it would be free of cost, due to warranty.
But, when I approached them on 19.01.2025, they told that the re-implant would be done on chargeable basis and that the charges would be Rs 20, 000 for implant +Rs 4000 for cap.
I request Partha Dental to consider carrying out the implant at free of cost, as it is under warranty.

I'm was treatment in invisible aliners since one year but not satisfied with treatment.
I'm started treatment with 10 sets of alineres on 5 month's basis bases on 15 days to change one set. They said and assurance you're treatment will 95% result by this period but my treatment not even 50%cure. Very Disappointed with Partha dental....

I have been taking aligners treatment since 2020 from Rajahmundry branch and i shifted my branch to bellandur, bangalore in 2021. The response is very low and they don’t respond properly and the doctors are not very quick in providing. i’m waiting for my retainers from 6 months and nobody is picking up the calls and no doctor is responding. I need immediate help on my treatment.

I’m taking treatment by partha aligners and they have provided 35 sets till now and some of teeth is still having gap but to show them, no ortho dentist is available and the Bellandur branch phone number is not reachable and no body picks up the call here, no helpline numbers are working. They have taken my money of 80, 000 rupees but not providing proper treatment and delaying my treatment. Because of this, i’m having mental pressure when my issue will be resolved and i have no proper guidance from the staff there. There is not follow up calls from the team as well.

I went to Khammam Wyra clinic for root canal treatment. The first sitting, I was given numbing medicine but subsequent two visits, they refused to give me. On the third sitting they burned my lip!!
But we’re very non chalant and denying any mishap!!
Dr. Rahul rushed everything and diatracted!

During my third visit for root canal treatment (3root canals needed), my lip got injured swollen and uncomfortable. The Dentist doesn’t seem to know how it happened.. not concerned and very non chalant when showed the swollen lip the same day.
Only first time was numbing medicine given. Next two visits, numbing medicine was refused saying” it’s not needed..”
when heating to fill the canal, something touched my lips and one side is burning and swollen.

Iam one of the dentla treatment in patha dental kurnool busstand branh last two months back for crown fixing to me but the crown fittinf and treatment is no good and fixing crown is not comftable to me iam also visit agin for branch to about my problem no one to solved my problem and also no answers the my qusions

I have paid extra INR 6000 to Partha Dental, Bangalore Sarjapur branch, on 11th November, 2021. This amount should be refunded to me as the doctors have found the receipts which confirmed the extra payment. However the head office says that they cannot refund the money. What I do not understand is why? I am not asking them for their money, I am simply asking for my money.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the treatment I received at your Partha Dental Madhapur branch on 03rd date of Oct 2023 for HT, only three people did surgery for me under Rahul Abhishek surgeon, he doesn't know the techniques of FUE, while I'm asking him doubts he fully concern about the payment terms, I don't know how he is a doctor in here Partha dental, Lack of knowledge & service was poor & not sterilized equipments are used while going surgery, Sai & Ambica where assistants for him, they are not having patience they are doing hurry burry, they have wasted my 50-60grafts in to dustbin, because they have go to celebrate one of birthday, so intentionally they did this to me,

I have taken a smile designing treatment in HANAMKONDA branch Dr.Manasa, she was done with a total of 8 teeth RCT & crowns, I asked only 4 teeth is fine but I don't know how she is given the treatment she forced me to do 8teeth totaly, now my orginal teeth was lost & also I'm not satisfying with the look what I have now, totally wasted my time & confidence now,
While taking a huge amount in treatment compared to others in the market, because of corporate style charges and easily available branches we are paying double the amount but here we have to pay more for unqualified doctors & assistants, it's totally unfair & bad luck. Dr.Manasa only referred me to HT, I didn't inquire about his results & ratings this happened to me..

Around 2Lakhs charged me for 20days, for both smile designing & hair transplant.

This is sushmita writing to express dissatisfaction towards dental treatment by partha dental clinic. I have started treatment during 2021 October for correcting my teeth alignment. I have paid 1.65 lakhs to the clinic and I have been trying to get appointment since many months but none if the concerned persons from partha has given me an appointment even after calling them repeatedly. As I promised my alignment would be corrected with in one n half years but my treatment itself is still pending and not able to get appointment. I would want to get my money back from partha clinic if not I may have to seek help other authorities .

Doctor was told me that she was going to cover the space between two tooth but now she is telling that she won't cover space and will put another teeth
Then why did she removed my original teeth?
Even Though they will put another teeth but its not original and definitely in future that plastic teeth or some other teeth will definitely face some problem in future and will they do free check up and fix that teeth again?

They have taken 40k but they did not called me for treatment just given temporary clips

This is Praneeth ([protected]). I had taken the implant service from your clinic a few months ago. At the time of taking the treatment, you had offered me a 10-year cap replacement warranty. However, now that I am trying to avail the warranty service, you are demanding additional money for it.

This alleged breach of agreement on your part has degraded the brand value of Partha Dental and its services in my eyes. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will have no other option but to take it up with the consumer court.

I hope we can come to an amicable resolution to this dispute and avoid any further legalities. Please get back to me at your earliest convenience.

My name is Sai Krishna, I had consulted partha dental on November 2021 for braces treatment they have removed 4 teeth and started self ligating braces treatment. I paid 67000 rupees, Initially they stared upper braces treatment for 5-7 months after that they had placed lower teeth braces as soon as they placed lower teeth braces after 20-30 mins the braces came out I had went to doctor back immediately she had removed the brace and told next visit will keep, due to the waste/worst quality of self ligating brace more than 4 braces came out, I have missed 2 visitings after that I went to doctor she then placed steel brace to compensate that to with out my consent, I have called customer care and doctor removed the steel brace, for last 6-8 months my lower braces are not treated and ignored now 1.6( months) is treatment completion but now another 6 months time is wasted, I want to know why my lower teeth treatment was stopped ?, I want written apology letter from respective doctor and I will be reaching legal team and will file consumer case on partha dental for ignoring my write to treatment after paying money due to the extra 6 months time I am opting transfer to Hyderabad location know I have to pay another 5000( transfer fees) for your mistake, doctor should treat patient with consent asking/ let them know what is happening In my case It didn't happen

We are taking ortho treatment at pratha dental chandanagar. Which is around 100km from our living place. On Apr 17th, we got a phone call from pratha dental chandanagar, Hyderabad. Mentioning about ortho dental appointment on Apr 18th. Receptionists gave us appointment at 3:00 pm . When we reached the hospital on 18th April at 3:00. They informed that dentist is on leave. We got to know that dentist informed the hospital a day before, but receptionists have not passed the information to us. We literally travelled 100km to hospital without any use just because of the negligence of receptionists. We spent around 1500rs to travel, putting aside all our works. We need to get spent amount as refund.

My father (venkateswara rao, AGE 70)is facing dental issue and I visited the Partha dental clinic at pragathi nagar branch .after consulting the doctor, he suggested, root canal treatment, implant, metal crowns which could be more effective and life time warranty and free service for life long. Based on doctor suggestion i had decided to go for it, but the total treatment cost 1, 20, 000 RS and paid thr. Baja fin EMI option .
after the procedure of implant they told me to visit after 2 months till that time the bone will grab the implant and we can go for fixing the crown . after few months we observed that the temporary crown was lightly moving side by side i visited the clinic they told me that the implant is yet not stable and it need few more months to recover and they send me back after tighten the implant. on my second again the doctor told me the same done the same procedure to me and send me back and suggested me to come after 03 months, But the implant not set properly after few months due to covid time not able visit partha clinic and my father took liquid food for long time.

Recently I visited pragathi nagar branch for treatment and doctor suggest CT scan and after scan report he informed me that the implant is failure and u should remove because your bone was not grabbing the implant also the bone is dissolving/melting from the side of implant. So I asked do the treatment but they denied and told me Further treatment will be chargeable and no free of cost .
even after failure of implant, Its Partha dental responsibility to provide treatment, hope full I’m expecting positive response from top management .

I am Leaving in A&N Islands in 2019, i went to the Partha dental clinic at Vizag Near Rama Talkies to fix a crown on my front upper broken teeth, where the doctors/ consultant has suggested me to fix an implant which could be more effective and long lasting and good for me. On her suggestion i had decided to go for it, after the procedure of implant they told me to visit after 03 months or 06 months till that time the bone will grab the implant and we can go for fixing the crown . after few months i had observed that the temporary crown was lightly moving side by side when i visited the clinic they told me that the implant is yet not stable and it need few more months to recover and they send me back after tighten the implant. on my second again the doctor told me the same done the same procedure to me and send me back and suggested me to come after 03 months,
But the implant not set properly after few months i went to my nearest clinic and inform the same to the dentist after inspecting my teeth he told me that the implant has failed and need to remove the same. when i inform the same to the surgeon/doctor who treated me/ fix the implant about the advice given by local clinic doctor, he told me to once visit the clinic. I visited the clinic after inspecting me he told me that no the implant is good and no need to remove it and again he fix the same and suggest me to come after 03 months or fix permanent Crown from my nearest clinic. after 06 months i visited chennai i went to the nearest clinic and asked him to fix the crown. he asked me to give him the detail of implant and size when i call for the same to the Partha Dental clinic Vizag for seeking the details the receptionist denied to provide the details and doubt on my integrity.
However, the dentist took my CT Scan and informed me that that the implant is failure and u should remove this earlier why you are still carrying this because your bone was not grabing the implant also the boe is dissolving/melting from the side of implant and its gone be severe soon. further he told me the procedure and its which nearly one lakh for grafting and placing implant.

When i complaint the same to the costumer care they are also not responding properly and still they are trying to avoid my phone calls.
Till date i had spent lots of money for treatment now i feel my self as fool who believe on them and without checking there professionalism and behavior towards there old patient. i feel cheated

I have consulted Madingadua branch in Nov-2019, paid Rs. 70600/- but did not undergo the treatment. I've visited the same branch several times and today (28-Oct-22) as well but the staff says that my case sheet is missing and as per their records treatment is already given.

And today I had a very bitter experience where they say that go complain wherever you can.

I have tried recovering my money in the form of treatment for me or for my family. Today I went with my two children for their treatment. Having asked me number of questions, they said I've undergone the treatment for which the money was paid. I requested copy of case sheet. They say it's not there with them.

Request you to kindly resolve my issue.
