Bad 😕 It seems that Colgate has not focused enough on responding to their consumers’ feedback. Because of this, many concerns and issues remain unaddressed, making customers feel ignored and dissatisfied with their experiences.
sir main colgate use karta hu ..par use kartehi mere mouth main chale aa jyate hai.
mu j lagta hai aap ki colgate main aap kay add karte ho ek baar fir check kar le. mere family ki mouth main bhi chale aate hai. is par koi solution nikale.
Colgate customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Colgate — not receiving colgate paste pack
I am living in jaipur and ida colgate every year distributing colgate paste pack but i am not receiving these gifts so kindly consider this
Hi,
I have been using Colgate Sensitivity Toothpaste and it is not effective at all. I bought it from Big Bazaar Sahara Mall and have lost the bill. since I have been using this product from last two months as per instruction on the cover but my sensitivity problem has been raised like hell now I am not able to have food moreover infected by cavity as well both side. Doctor advised me to remove those teethes. I am to frustrated now. Please help me.

Dear Sir,
I am living in Podanur, Coimbatore, This time when I went to buy my regular toothpaste ( the cover showed Colgate TOTAL ) and the price of Rs 57 was taken for same
But when I came home the inside of tooth paste cover I saw to my surprise Dabur tooth paste costing half the price what shall I do Since we never expected this problem and did not keep the bill
Pls note that i was purchased Colgate sensitive tooth brush near grocery shop and i have found a long hair in that packet and also i was informed to Colgate India (Mumbai) on same i was put on mail 4to 5 times to them only one time i got rcvd mail from Colgate and they people were sent investigation team for investigate this prod and same result i was put on mail and nothing reply from them i really mentally socked becoz if this hair will go through by body definitely human will be died..so kindly help me this situation becoz i am hope less.
Also note that investigation team was tantalize me what you want????
Kindly focus my above matter and get conclusion as soon as possible..

Colgate — Change pan card due to broken
I have already submitted new form on 16th August'08 for change my pan card because Pan card was broken . But from 16th August to as on date, I am not getting my new Pan Card or Change Pan Card.

Hello, i just swallowed a full tube of your toothpaste. It actually made me have diharreah for a month and i puked the color of the toothpaste ( GREEN). IT MADE ME FEEL LIKE A PEICE OF ! im going to write a letter to the company, and you better have sent me 100 years of free toothpaste. PEACE
I have brought 2 of these toothbrushes now as the first stopped working after 2 uses I changed the battery's and it still did not work the 2nd toothbrush stopped working after 3 weeks my little girl was most upset. If I wanted a normal toothbrush I would off got one at a quater of the cost of these ones
Sirs,
I'd like to point out that the actual amount of toothpaste squeezed thru the tube is more than the required quantity.
Why not put a smaller nozzle as the outlet?
Don't you think it is wastage of National Property and an additional weight upon the consumers' pocket?
