Its been 53 days i left Collabera working as a contractor and still have not received my relieving letter which i have to submit in my new company in 2 days. This is terrible of them to do that and make an employee wait for soooo long. I have sent an escalation email and still not received any response. I don’t trust the company anymore.

I was working under collabra as a contractor for the 5 month (29 august 2018 to 31 jan 2019) as a consultant at iqvia. They have made lot of promise like they will make us premanant.
We 10-11 people were working for the same profile. After finishing our contract with collabra (Onjan31) they didn't give our last month salary or relieving letter or experience letter. We were keep on asking them in a daily basis but still they were making us fool by saying us tomorrow you will get. Now 32 days got over. Now they are saying this month last they will give. We can't believe them anymore. And we are facing lot of financial issues also we are not able to join to other company as we don't have the reliving letter or experience certificate
So kindly look on it and provide a better service regarding this

I have resigned my position 15 days ago and according to my Appointment letter it was clearly mentioned that notice period is 15 days only. I was asking them to accept my notice Today on my last working data when I asked them to give me a mail acceptance of my resignation.

Hello, there is any one responsible person work on that company who can solve the employee problems. As far as i am working no one taking care and after resignation also hr not taking the calls. I want my last salary as soon as possible otherwise i will take legal actions. My employee code is c09586 hr nidhi first escalated person monika both are irresponsible.

I worked with collabera from 4 january 2010- 29 march 2015 as a german language translator at client location (Ibm). From february 2012- march 2015 (3 years), i started performing the duties of an sap consultant on one of the projects. This decision was taken jointly by the project manager in ibm and my point of contact in collabera. I left the company in 2015 due to health issues. At this point i requested collabera for an experience letter of having worked in sap. First, they refused flatly stating that i was employed with them as a translator and they could only give me a release letter as a translator. I tried to explain to them that i was not asking them to state my designation as an sap consultant, only asking for an experience certificate for work done. Kavitha krishnadas assured me that they would provide me a letter, but even after pursuing with them they are yet to provide me the same. Now they have even stopped responding to my mails and phone calls.In addition to that they have also not given me my employee provident fund, even though i completed all the formalities, nor did they provide me a hard copy of my release letter (They sent me a soft copy by mail). I have been following up collabera for the past 16 months through mails, endless telephone calls to urvi nagar, monika shyam sunder, varsha sarma and kavitha krishnadas and even wrote a letter to their registered office for the following
- experience letter of having worked on sap
- provident fund
- hard copy of my release letter
But all in vain. I can not get a job without an experience letter. I am in a real dilemma now. Please help!

I worked for PMI from 4th may 2012 to 15th April 2016 in IBM in a contract base from Collabera. I had an abroad assignment for my client around 2.5 yrs back, and after that the reimbursement was supposed to be done by Collabera, I followed up with them like anything for the last 2.5 yrs it seems to be of no use, now wile I put down my papers I was given in written that they will give it to me at my full and final settlement but they didn’t, and sent me the relieving letter, now I am supposed to accept the relieving letter which is not possible with the issues in the full and final settlement.

I followed up with Monika (She is Useless HR) many times to get it done, even she gave in in written that it will be closed but she did nothing, I did not get any proper response so I asked management team also but no reply also. I think they are misused my hard earn money.
Also now my career is on stake, as where ever I go I cant submit my relieving letter as the issue was in the full and final settlement

Now 3 to 4 month are left I dint get any hike as well as yet they didn't correct my joining date In your pay slip portail...Even they all didnt pick my call.
