FYI, These days my father was admitted in ICU. i was already inform to my reporting manager Mr. Amit Rai. Also i was telephonic discuss on day to day basis with Surya Mani (Employee IDC). I requesting Mr. Amit Rai & Surya Mani I need leave for some days but denied for leave. please tell me how we can joined office regular basis when my father in admitted in ICU. why you "Abscond" me without prior notice.

Hi Team I were worked under in IDC from Aug2021 to April 2022 . Still they not updating my last DOE in PF . It almost eight months over I tried to reach out all the person who were supporting at that time no response from anyone.

I join company on 13 seep 2021, my Client company is TCS, Last one year I'm working in TCS pay roll is IDC Tech, TCS is Released that project, after that released IDC TECH not allocate any project I'm waiting one month, That one one month They are not provide Salary also. So I'm looking for better opportunity, So I put proper mail last 2 months Ago, but still they are not provide my Reliving and Experience certificate. Till today I have not received experience and reliving letter and full and Final settlement.

Nov 8th 2022 was my last working day with IDC technology for client TCS and IDC told me that they will sent me the Nov month salary as final settlement amount on Dec 25th and also they will share my experience letter on same day, later on Dec 25th when I sent them a reminder mail they told me that i will receive it on Jan 16th 2023 due to some issues with the finance team. Now they are saying they will sent it on Jan 25...

I have been working on IDC employee number A-25207. I haven't received my experience letter and have been trying to contact the team. There is no proper response from their side and nor to mails. I would like to receive my experience letter dated Jan 27 2021 to dec 9, 2021 within 2 days as it is affecting my experience gap....

Hi this is My Emp ID : A-2069. I quit my job but I have not received the experience letter. I am not getting response for my emails. Please check and do the needful.

I got a selected and they offer me (Offer of employment). Due to offer letter i left my previous job, after week they told and declined my candidature. When i asked for reason they simply told the project are cancelled at this moment. After that there is no response.This is way to convert employment to unemployment. My joining date was 23-Aug-2021 as per offer letter.
Now i am unemployment.

My employee ID is A-21332. I have joined IDC Technologies last year September and worked till September 28th 2020. Not only I was declined for incentives, but till date they haven't even provided my F&F Settlement and Releiving letter as per discussion. I only resigned due to a mental trauma with these guys and dint want to go deep into discussion. Hence resigned.

Hi sir,, idc is fraud company and consulting, first they called me for interview, after interview, i got a selected and they offer me (Offer of employment). I have idc company member work in wipro project but project was closed.
My problem is i have completed 6 month work. I reqest to company employeer to please submit date of exit enter in pf member portal but he/she enter wrong date of exit in pf portal. Change my orginal date of exit in pf portal but no answer to company. So please sir please progress my problem.

I joing company on 24th sep 2018, i was deputed at client location wipro which was 35 km away from home. I joined and did not like the project as it was not technical and i am from technical background so i resigned company and my lwd was 30th nov. I have served 10 days of notice period and remaining days i could not attend office (35 km) due to pregnancy, submitted medical certificate. Till today i have not received experience and reliving...

I am employed with svarapps technologies bangalore (On behalf of idc technologies) and working for their client wipro in pune location. I tendered my official resignation on 11th january, 2019 and 9th february, 2019 is my last working date. My notice period is 1 month only. But my employer is intentionally extending my notice period for their advantage by saying 28th february, 2019 will be my last working date and i have not been paid my last months (January) salary yet.

I have even agreed to extend my notice period till 17th feb, 2019 so as to help them, even at my new employments cost. My joining date with my new employer is 11th feb, 2019. But my employer is not relieving me and has threatened to not pay the salary and not provide the relieving letter and service certificate as well if i leave before 28th feb, 2019. I have even shared a reference for them to fill in as my replacement.

For now, i have been told they will relieve me on 26-feb-2019 but they haven't paid my january month salary yet and they said they won't pay it. They will pay it along with february arrears in full and final settlement (Ffs) in 45 working days after my last date with the company.
I am not sure if i will even get my 2 months salary and other documents as part of ffs as they are creating their own rules which is not even there in the policy.

Request you to please help me in this regard as my employer is not following the rules and cheating and harassing me mentally on a daily basis.

I was rolled over to ibm on 31st may 2018, my last day was 30th may with idc technology but till now they have not given me the pending amount (5 days salary and shift allowances) as of now, did many emails and tried calling hr people in noida office, even escalated this with my current company (Ibm india) manager but no reply from them, how rude they are. It has been 90+ days now but no response at all from hr.

Really they don't care for the employees..

I hope they listen my request and resolve this.

One of their reruiter (Pushp ranjan, [protected], [protected], [protected]) called me regarding job profile of desktop support engineer field. He told me to come over there place for face to face interview on 15/05/2018. I told him that i can come on 16/05/2018 but he was telling me tha no you have to come on 15/05/2018. So i said i am not sure about it. So he said just try to come on 15/05/2018. I said ok i will try. Next day i was not able to go for interview because of some urgent work so that person pushp ranjan call me and talked to me very rudely. He was using unprofessional language. So i tell him i had urgent work so that's why i was not able to come today but that person pushp ranjan didn't listen to me and cut the call after that he messaging me and threat me. That we will block you from every side.

So kindly look into this matter take action against this guy pushp ranjan.

My name is manoranjan and employee id - a-11268. So my last working day is 19th july 2017 and i am deputed to the client side genpact and client id[protected]. So its now near about 45 days business days and no proper respose that when the salary should be credit? And i did not receive relieving letter yet. I have serious financial problem and i have also bank loan. So its request that please credit my salary as soon as possible. I tried to contact neeraj sinha (Manager of idc) so many time, however i didn't receive any satisfactory reply. After giving commitments of sending the payment on the 25th august, i didn't receive it. You are hereby requested to kindly look into this matter and provide me the full and final salary. I will be thankful to you.

I am worked in bangalore idc technologies for almost 11 months and after they terminated my service without any notice...

I am working in bangalore idc technologies. The work environment in bangalore is very pathetic. Even-though idc is a cmmi level 3 company there is no cctv cameras... There is no back ground verifications for newly joining employees... More fake employees are working in bangalore branch... One fake business development manager said that there is a opening for java developer freshers in idc technologies & he collected 10, 000 inr from 200 fresh be graduates recently in march 2016 and he got arrested by police also... This happened because there is proper rules followed here in idc technologies, bangalore and the top management is not at all good here... Some more things are going to happen because of this lethargic activities by idc... I request the government to take necessary step to do something to this organization
