It all started when i got call (Prateek and snehal) from collabera technology for course in aws. As i wanted to learn aws, i saw it as great opportunity. I talked to representative (Prateek and snehal - as they were handing my case) and we reached to a deal in which i paid rs 6000/- upfront and rest of the amount to be paid later in month end (Course was costing 15000/-). I asked them to drop email regarding same but they did not.

I informed them that i want to join first batch as i wanted to finish this course as soon as possible. They informed that i will be able to join april 14 batch. Later on, when i followed up on april 14 batch status i was told that it has been postponed (April 28) due to trainer accident. Please note that it was not informed to me through phone or email. I personally dropped email a night before april 14 and i received reply on april 16 saying the same.

Same thing happened for april 28 batch. I again dropped email on april 27 for batch details and i was informed that it has been again postponed (May 12) due to trainer accident. As collabera was not able to arrange anything for this training and it was getting late for me, i decided to pursue this course somewhere else. I called collabera and i was told through prateek that amount will be refunded and i dropped mail also for this.

Since than i have been made sitting duck. No reply to my email, not answering to phone calls. I guess, you would not believe me when i say that i used to call you 40 times a day (Said same thing on mail also but no reply to that also. Shame!) just to get my money back. After that also, nobody picked up my call. I have screen shots for that.

This continued for one month. I kept calling collabera, someday they used to pick up call (I used to think today is my lucky day). But most of the times my calls went unanswered. I kept sending email but there was no reply. Luckily, one day prateek answered my call and he informed me that he has dropped mail to accounts team for refund. I told him that to share that mail to me also so that i will have this on mail also. He did not do that. Some day later, he again picked up call and again told me that he had dropped earlier and he is dropping them email again. I again told him to share both emails. He did not do that again.

In between this harassment, i got few calls from different persons from collabera. One of your employee told me that i will be blacklisted and i will face difficulty in my career. Another employee told me that collabera maintains records of call outgoing and incoming. He said that because he wanted to confirm whether i really called collabera or not. I was left speechless. They both promised me to call me back but as usual they did not.

As we discussed on call, you informed me that you are not aware of these things. And i told you i don't how collabera works. Most of the times when i used to receive calls from collabera, i have to explain myself again and again as happened with you on the call. I used to ask everybody same thing - if you don't know the case then why don't you do little bit homework before calling. As usual, the answer used to be "i had a talk with prateek/snehal and they informed me today" and than after sometime they used to tell me we will get back you but they never came back.

As we discussed, you told me that unless i make full payment i will not be allowed to attend class. My simple question is - why the hell i was allowed to make payment of 6000/- in first place?

If i would have been told same thing on very first day when i made the payment, i would not have proceeded with this course. Another question which i have is - why on earth i was told that i will be allowed to attend classes? After both postponement i was told i will be allowed to attend classes. Heres another one - why was the batch not allotted another trainer? I was never going to take your money and run away. I was ready with rest of the money, had collabera started the batch with another trainer. I have formed opinion that you care more about money rather than ethics and career of anther person.

Another observation which i have made is - collabera dosen't have simple courtesy of keeping client informed. As i have mentioned earlier, they never informed me about postponing of classes until i followed it up with collabera. Being 600$ million company, i really wonder how it functions. On same day when you called me, i informed you that somebody called me (Person called jashan) and told me that amount will be refunded within 5 days. As usual, you were not aware of that call. Also, you were not informed of call records and blacklisting. That made me wonder how you guys work!!!

Complaint has already been registered against them.
An fir will soon be lodged.

I am really frustrated with collabera and i begging to keep up the commitments and please please please refund my money : (

Everytime they pick the calls, they just hand it over to one another and in the end they just say refund will be initiated the moment we disconnect the call.
They dont reply on mails or revert calls.
