Collateral Medical — Non receipt of Bill Invoice

I have purchased an item from this seller but they has not provided a BILL INVOICE. I have purchased it on 10th July but till date no Bill Invoice is received by me. I asked to send them the same but no response from their side.The proof of my purchase is attached.
