This company took whole money online but never delivered my product. 2 months have passed since i have placed my order. My order no[protected]. For littman stethoscope.. I tried their consumer contact number more than hundred times but nobody picked ever. Two big months have passed. This is really disgusting. They never pick up the call. They have taken huge amount from me 10000/- for littman stethoscope....

I have bought ecg machine (30000/-) on 18th august 2017, but that was an old machine and not functioning properly (No battery backup). So i request for returning the item and refund my money. But money is not refunded till now and now representative is not responding to phone call

I have ordered one touch glucometer on 24 th Oct. Even after sending numerous mails & making lots of calls, Collateral medical's customer care is unable to tell me where is my product. I have paid1095/- rs online. Collateral is the worst customer support.I have not got my product yet. So give me my money back. There are lot of such glucometer s in the market. I am registering complaint against Collateral medical in consumer forum....

I have purchased an item from this seller but they has not provided a BILL INVOICE. I have purchased it on 10th July but till date no Bill Invoice is received by me. I asked to send them the same but no response from their side.The proof of my purchase is attached....

I had order " Littmann Master Cardiology: Black 2160 " on april 04, 2015. company delivered at wrong address. I intimated them and gave number of person who received it, they told me they will arrange for pickup and since then they are not replying nor i have received my product. Product is worth 11657/-....
