Color Homes — color homes bulilders are fraud

Pl don't for color homes.. They are cheating. Initially they will tell show plan as luxury flat with all accessories of top brands. Later they will provide only budget flat with low cost items.. If you question them they will say all are equal in quality. Worst alteration handling. Alteration cost will be 500 tome more than actual.. Construction is done by subcontract.. They are not perfect. After sales support Customer care will be rude.. You will end in high tension... Finally late project completion. They will all sort of nuisance ... A Color Homes Color Gates Customer

I purchased a flat from color homes ambattur. It was the worst flat I ever seen. From the beginning of construction i complained to them abt the bricks, workmanship etc. They brought workers from north who dont know nothing.
I have so many pictures of all the works they have done. My flat is just 3 years old and during the recent rain everywhere it is leaking. all the walls have cracks, the walls are not straight, From the beginning onwards I have complained to them with pictures, Now I am in a very difficult situation, I dont know what to do. I have all the mails and pictures sent to them from the beginning. I am planning to go for consumer court, anybody who knows how to proceed, pls help me.
My kind request for all those who is willing to buy a flat, first pls go and see the old flat which was constructed by them and speak openly to the flat owner so that you will a clear picture. Pls dont buy flats from them, it will ruin yr family.

Worst Builder Ever seen in my life like Color Homes, They are big cheaters, they will give you more amenities, luxury things only in brouchre, at the time of hand over you will get worst items in the market (all second quality) and most of the amenities will get removed without any one notice, the clever point here is they will add such terms (cancel, modify, update, alter) in the agreement, even if you ask them to alter, they will say, this is based on their template which used for across projects and we cant modify for single customer. and one more thing as geniune builder they will say like they will pay rent for your house if we delay the handover and finally when we ask for the same, they will say we will calculate and do it later and it will never happens even after handover. Guys Please Beware of these cheap and cheat builders. even no one on the management side is ready to hear customer voice, if we ask for meeting they will keep postponding and will never happen also.

They are Money Minded, Poor Quality, Cheap Builder and dont have words to say... The review comments given above are absolutely true and I personally felt the same.

There is no proper reputation form color homes builder's...they will speak during only sales team... actually we bought villa from color home Poonamallee Farm house ..they stopped working due to improper submission of noc clearance from another project at Kanchipuram... due to this reason hdfc bank refused to give next disbursement...mean while work was stopped for more than 6 month ..after some time bank release the disbursement ... after that 2 month has gone still construction work is not yet started..
...if customer are asking about no proper response from management...so advised to don't aggre with colorhomes Poonamallee Farm house...
