I am a fresher and was selected as a trainee process associate in UA ques process in IGT.
My joining date was 23 FEB 2015. Due to my viral fever I was not able to join the company...and I had also
informed my TRAINEE and respective HR...that my health is not well...and due to health problem I will not be able to come to the office...but they even didnt listen to my problem...My problem was not resolved but instead of resolving my problem...they simply rejected my profile...This is one of the ill treatment which is done to the employees at the entry level itself...due to which the career of a candidate is also affected badly... I was not even allowed to join the process...
I hope the problem gets resolved.
