Columbia Asia Hospital — not received lab report on email

I got the health check up done for my in laws today 13 ocy 2018

1. For echo they did test and didnot provide report as they gave only ecg rep and thought they have given the report and we realized they have not given the report while consultation and they did not even record bp during echo which is basically mandatory

2. They did not give me calcium in the printout and once bk home did call back and requested to send all reports to my mail id and i have not received yet

Bottom line this branch is loosing it's standard, trust and reputation and highly dissatisfied and disappointed.
