Big hospitals like columbia asia maintaining the decor, they are recruit the uneducated staff and maintain the sorry policy. Because of their mistake ur treatment get delay, first they put the blame on you and then doctor like they have not given proper justification. If still can't satisfy the you den come on sorry mistake has happened nothing can be done.
See the common sense they have paid extra amount, which can be adjusted next time and they are say you did not pay for the 1 check up.
I think we have to know about their system before we go for check up, what doctor have mentioned in their system. Stupidity of staff and escalation manager is they have given the hard copy for doctor's prescription, where everything is mentioned properly which test i have to go through and they told doctor did not mention anything in system. Either doctor doesn't columbia asia day to day software system or staff.
If they are not trained on the day to day software how they are working have no idea. Finally they can say sorry and walk away if you are suffering it's doesn't matter to them. Making day to day work computerized is good but if staff know how to use it.
There is no emergency facility for blood reports on their mistake also that to now a days all small small hospital also have.
Going to small hospital is more better then this kind of hell big hospitals like columbia asia.
Reception staff doesn't know how to behave, i have asked question doctor have asked for two check up he took a printout and showing me no you did not pay, go and check where you have paid the money.
