Columbia Asia Hospital Patiala. — Hefty excess charged against recommended by Raksha TPA

(1). I was admitted in Columbia Asia Hospital Patiala on 14 February 2021 due to breathlessness and high Blood pressure and discharged on 19th day of February 2021. They raised bill of Rs.190824/-. As I was having Health Insurance from Oriental Insurance company, their TPA, Raksha TPA passed the bill according to their MOU (Memorandum o[censored]nderstanding) with the Hospital and asked the Hospital to recover Rs.4976/- (paid the rest to the Hospital against my insurance amount according to MOU in between them, I mean, Hospital and Raksha TPA) as these items of Rs.4976/- were not payable by TPA in their MOU to the Hospital but, Hospital asked me to deposit around Rs.39000/- against Rs.4976/-. When I protested, they (Columbia Asia Hospital Patiala) kept me Captive until I have not paid them Rs.39000/-, according to their demand and keeping me captive in this way is their “Jabar-Dasti”, either pay or keep sitting in the Hospital.
Shall Public in General, Print and Electronic Media from Patialà and Patialà Administration (Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner) shall take note of it and punish the Hospital for all above agonies met to me and order Columbia Asia Hospital to refund the excess amount they got from me, by blackmailing and being kept me captive?

(2). I was admitted in Columbia Asia Hospital Patiala on 1st March 2021 being found COVID+ and discharged on 9th day of March 2021. They raised bill of Rs.225391. As I was having Health Insurance from Oriental Insurance company, their TPA Raksha TPA passed the bill according to their MOU with the Hospital and asked the Hospital to recover Rs.17877 (paid the rest to the Hospital against my insurance amount) as these items of Rs.17877/- were not payable by TPA in their MOU with the Hospital but, Hospital asked me to deposit 36091 against Rs.17877. When I protested, they (Columbia Asia Hospital Patiala) kept me Captive until I have not paid them Rs.36091/-, according to their forcefully demand and kept me captive in this way. Is it not their “Jabar-Dasti”, either pay or keep sitting in the Hospital.
Shall Public in General, Print and Electronic Media from Patialà and Patialà Administration (Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner and Covid Nodal officer) shall take note of it and punish the Hospital for all above agonies met to him and order Columbia Asia Hospital to refund the excess amount they got from me, by blackmailing and being kept him captive?
