Request for refund Policy amount

I have paid amount of Rs 5330 towards Car Insurance on 02.05.2025. After that i have cancelled policy on 12.07.2025 i have made a request for cancellation of policy and based on request policy was cancelled however till date i have not received refund for the same. For refund i have made several calls as well as mail communication however there is no results till date. It is very much disappointing that you people make various commitments...

I have taken heath insurance from PNB Oriental and I got my eye operated, now I filed claim for my reimbursement, but more than 3 months passed, still they are not processing the claim and asking same documents repeatedly which I have already provided in the hard copy, still they are not processing my claim, Claim Number[protected]

          On dated[protected] at 05:25 AM, the truck No. RJ11GC3655 hit my car Hyundai grand I10 Sports registration No. MP07CF5831 from behind while driving negligently at Awas Vikas intersection jhansi city (U.P.) Due to which the driver and co passenger got serious injured and my car MP07CF5831 was completely damaged and the truck driver ran away with the truck. After that, I was lounged the FIR No. 0377 dated 25.09.2023 at Sipri bazar thana Jhansi (U.P.) but no action taken against FIR till date. After that, I was registered my complaint No. is [protected] on dated 08.01.2024 on online up mukhyamantri Jan sunwai portal against police department on behalf of registered FIR No. 0377 dated 25.09.2023 at thana Sipri bazaar Jhansi, but no any response against this complaint.

            I have send the many times request to insurance co. And theire tpa throgh email alongwith attached soft copies of bills and others requied documents of mediclaim and i have also already submiited the hard copies of origanal bills and others required documents to insurance co. Office for reales the payment rs. 5607.90 regarding the policy no.272400/48/2023/10710 and claim registration no.[protected] of ms. Kiran madan, patient name dhaarna madaan but after some time rupees 3850 only send by insurance co. To me which is illegal and incorrect amount ie. Rupees 1750 less then claim amount . According to insurance co. That the amount of rs. 1750/- ( investigation - lab test ) has been deducted due to not submitting consultation. Patient dhaarna madaan self mbbs qulified dr. And registered medical practitioner. Mcc registration certificate attached. That dhaarna madaan was suffering from 1/2 days from high fever that she has taken medicine by self . After that she decided to take lab test. I request to you kindly issue a order to insurance co. For reales/transfer the blance /correct claim amount rupees 1750 shortly in my bank a/c. Bank a/c detaile already given to insurance co. And tpa co.Many times.

              discharge summary shared with all the medical tratment, have kept following we have the date & time in discharge summary but they are saying it is not mentioned

              It is a policy from 2006 but because TPA changed it is showing 2015

                Hello,

                This is file a complaint against Oriental Insurance company, Madikeri Branch, Karnataka for misplacing a cheque provided for renewal of Motor Vehicle Insurance.

                My father Mr.Cariappa I B, a senior citizen had approached the Madikeri branch, Karnataka of Oriental Insurance company for the renewal of Motor Vehicle Insurance policy and provided a cheque dated 04.09.2023 and Cheque number 474049 issued by Kodagu District Cooperative Central Bank Limited, Virajpet Branch, Karnataka.
                The cheque was misplaced by the employees of the branch and now have failed to renew my insurance policy. This has caused monetary loss to my father.

                Request you to please look into the matter and hold the concerned individuals accountable for their irresponsible behaviour. Please acknowledge the same.

                      Dear Team,
                      This is to inform you that I am working with Baroda UP Bank and having group health insurance with The Oriental Insurance Co Ltd and the policy number is 221300/48/2023/1130.
                      I had an accident on 17th March 2023 and my elbow was broken and I had to undergo elbow surgery. After that I have submitted all required medical documents to the company for reimbursement purposes. My claim number is [protected]. After the process and some query my Claim was passed but the company deducted the amount of the implant (Rs 20896) that was used in my surgery with reason patient name not mentioned in the implant bill. I have contacted the customer care for inquire for the same and inform them that the implant was purchased by the hospital so the bill was in the name of hospital and I paid the total surgery cost as a breakup wise bill provided by the hospital. But the customer care representative told me that the patient name should be mentioned on the bill. After that he suggested for submit a written declaration from the hospital in their letter head to confirm that the purchased implant was used in my Surgery.
                      After that I contacted the hospital and arranged the written confirmation for the same on the hospitals letterhead with a doctors sign and seal and submitted it to the company. But still again the claim was rejected by the company stating that hospital letter is not sufficient to pay the invoice amount and arrange to provide a proper invoice with the patient name mentioned. But the problem is that the invoice was already issued in the name of the hospital and how can I get another invoice. And the hospital already provided written confirmation for the same that was sufficient to prove that the implant was used in my surgery. But the insurance company deliberately rejected the claim with unfair reason.
                      All the supporting documents are attached here for your reference, kindly look into the matter and do the needful to resolve the issue and help me to receive my claim amount.

                          This is to bring to your kind notice and appropriate action against my claim which is pending from 3 months without any resolution.
                          I would request your kind intervention in this matter with immediate effect.

                          Vehicle repair work already completed 2 months back, this was after confirmation from the local surveyor, now the claim is not processed because the final report is not submitted by the surveyor, hence the show room people not giving the vehicle to me.
                          Now I am in deep trouble, I don't know what to do now, I am still paying the monthly EMI to the banker.
                          I have called many no.of time to the customer care, they advised me to contact the nodal officer Mr. Sanhit Polamuri, mob: [protected] and cliem manager Mr. Sudhakar Babu mob: [protected], I have not got the satisfactory response from them. I have a compliment in IRDAI, IGMS token no:[protected].

                          Now I am getting pressure from the Showroom to take the vehicle delivery, 2 days back I went to showrooms to see the vehicle condition, its abandon in stock add, i am worried about the vehicle condition,
                          This vehicle was gifted to my sweet daughter, she is asking about it daily, which is very difficult to answer.
                          Surveyor is wantedly holding the cliem by not submitting the final inspection report, hence delay in taking the vehicle delivery.
                          He is taking advantage of it, and not submitted the final report to the insurance company, hence I am stuck here.
                          I am not willing to pay any kind of benefits to the the surveyor to satisfy his grievance.
                          I would request your intervention and to my satisfactory resolution.
