This time i lot the trust on this hospital.
We have taken an appointment for on 5th dec with dr. Chandrakanth for saturday (8th dec).
He was on emergency leave since friday (7th dec).
Hospital authorities have no courtesy to inform the patient in advance that the doctor won't be available.
The patient (65 yrs old) had travelled all the way from out of station to visit the doctor.
After visiting hospital at 11:45am we came to know that the doctor is on leave.
But the people act over smart saying they came to know at 1:45pm. Since we are aware of this pre lunch.
While booking appointment the helpdesk confirms within a minute and when the doctor is not in, every one plays a game with patient.
The reception people say there are 2 appoitments, doc might come but no guarantee.
I need a clear explanation on this scenario since they play with patients.
Just a happy business hospital.
Not worth.
Just a commercial place to make money and blackmail the patients on building unnecessary health issues. Was this information helpful? |
