Not provided economy bed during admission. Wrong platelet count from laboratory. No care by nursing staff. Admitted without need in ICU with wrong reports on 26th October and deleted the error once found guilty. Not provided all reports at time of discharge. From Dr.Sourab Kumar [protected]
