I had purchased one Chicken Biryani from COMESUM THE FOOD JUNCTION Mng By Brandavan food product at Kolkata Rly Station, Kolkata prior to catching the Radhikapur Express at 7.30 PM.My PNR no is [protected] & Coach/Birth no is B1/7. I found rotten & spolied chicken biryani when I opened it up for eating.I got a stomach problem after consuming a little qty and then started vomiting.
It is a serious offence by that food court of IRCTC and not going to stop after complaining to but also I am going to complain to consumer forum also.
My bill no of purchase is 76941 dated 18/08/2016 at 07.02 PM.
Kindly take an immediate action, so that any more passenger is not been cheated and get a food poisoning. Was this information helpful? |
