Hi,
This is in reference to the order placed on June 11, 2023 at comfys website https://comfys.in/ and delivered on June 13, 2023 with order ID: #CF10997.
I have ordered three pairs of Comfys by paying an amount of Rs. 1598/-.
However, the products delivered are not the same as what is advertised on their website nor comfortable to wear nor helps in foot pain as claimed by them. Hence, they have charged an exorbitant amount by making false claims through misleading advertisements.
I therefore request you to please look into the issue and refund me the above amount.
