I have ordered comfys footwear with order No.CF28256 from the website "www.comfys.in" on Aug 7, 2023. We were very excited to have the comfys footwear. The main reason we have purchased this product is for its comfort and the softness as sponge and the same was the "main motto" of the footwear that is being advertised on their website.

But to be honest, the product is of low quality. The comfys footwear received are very hard. The softness and spongynees of the comfys which are advertised on the website is far from reality.

The way the comfys Footwear are advertised on the website and the product which are delivered to us are quite different.
I felt like, I was cheated because of the low quality and fake product delivered to me.
There was no proper response from the Customer service department also.
These websites are cheating the customers must be penalized and banned from doing business.

Fake company sending fake product.
while the product which is reflecting online is totally different.
Should be penalized

I ordered 3 pairs of slippers (Buy2 get 1 free offer), the delivered product is no close to what is on the site. the quality of slipper is very cheap unlike they show on the site.
Talking about their return services, I wrote a couple of mails to them but I did not get any reply on the return, even tried to contact them via phone but the phone is switched off.
